How to create multiple photo albums on 1st gen iphone?

Just wondering how to create different albums on the original iphone. When you click on the photos tab it looks like there could be more albums and it even has an icon “photo albums” when you want to go back to the main page of photos. what to do?

Make your albums in iPhoto, then set iTunes to sync those albums.
