How do I get rid of the "Weather bug" and "Pluto TV" programs that come up when I have to restart?

They showed up when I upgraded to 10.

I can shut them down using my task bar, but they come back as soon as I restart.

They aren’t in my program list so I can’t uninstall them.

I don’t know if they’re good, bad or neutral. I just know that I didn’t ask for them, therefore I don’t want them.

They are an add on to one of your browsers. That is where you can remove them.
