What did a fast food place say about claims of it's burger being addictive?

Edited.
Which fast food made a statement that its burger, or something, is addictive? That is, something like:
If you have to have a burger etc., every year, (let’s say on the day that you change the clock backward or forward), you’re addicted. And is that for legal purposes, so that no one can sue it for selling addictive food?

No one would be dumb enough to say their food is addictive if they wanted to stay profitable.
Eating a fast food burger one day a year is not a sign of addiction, just like drinking one beer a year makes a person an alcoholic.

If you’re saying that acknowledging that it is would prevent lawsuits, you have it backward. They could be charged with knowingly foisting an addictive, harmful product on the public. Still don’t know how it would stick though, because they don’t force people to eat their food.
