What are the foods that exacerbate this stomach condition?

Diarrhea. Are there really foods that scientifically must not be eaten when one has diarrhea? And what are the foods that could be eaten?

Milk and coffee.

Potato chips, chili with beans, and canned sardines.

Also don’t mix them together.

Let me list what to eat:
rice
Crackers
Toast
Granola
Bananas
Muffins

Gatorade, water and Immodium.

Feel better!

Beans and grapes, prunes or apples, anything heavy or spicy is bound to upset you.

Why fight diarrhea?

Life is NEVER boring with diarrhea
—and it always gets you noticed.

Just get some incontinent undergarments. I just explain to people that its part of my disability.
