Is it wrong to celebrate the possibility of Trump being impeached in the House of Representatives?

Asked by mazingerz88 (28826points) October 4th, 2019 from iPhone

Kids separated at the border from their parents are going through trauma in detention centers right now.

There’s also news that Kiersten Nielsen was bamboozled by Trump and his WH staff into signing an order to execute family separation at the border despite her initial resistance to do so seemingly not out of compassion for immigrant families but because the government agency she led wasn’t equipped nor ready to do such a horrendous evil act.

Yet Trump and his minions forced her hand.

Too early to celebrate, he still want to go beyond his hero Hitler’s acts.

8 to 10 million dead would make it a deal for Trump and all the money he can ship to Ukraine.

Any process examining Trump for nefarious activity should be celebrated and emphasized lest his characteristic behaviors be deemed acceptable.

All we can do is hope.
Will his supporters EVER realize how much egg they have on their face?

You can celebrate whatever floats your boat, but I can’t believe that anyone still believes this is going anywhere. In the senate, a lot more will be exposed that your media is keeping from you .. because they also want to celebrate.

I don’t think it’s wrong; however, I don’t think anything will ever become of it. trump is a mastermind at weaseling out of his misdeeds & I see NO reason he won’t discover a way to weasel out of this one!!! I’m choosing to reserve my celebration until AFTER it happens…just in case I’m wrong!!!

I’m okay with the House impeaching. The more they push for it, the higher Trump raises in the polls. And there are reasons for that. The Dems are not pushing their ideas for what they want to do if they get the presidency…their campaigns are secondary or even tertiary. They are not focusing on immigration or economy or gun control or really anything else. They are acting like crazy people and the American public (except for the uber-left) are seeing it. They are basically making Trump impeachment the cornerstone of their 2020 campaigns. Trump on the other hand is still dealing with actual issues…doing his job. Americans see that as well.

Yes, and it doesn’t matter which party prefer.

Members of both parties in Congress have figured out that the way to get re elected is to to avoid casting a vote on any meaningful legislation but fake taxpayers into thinking they are doing something.

It is an insult to our intelligence. And I am little surprised more people, regardless of party, are not real pissed off about it. Unless they are in fact as stupid as our elected legislators have concluded that they are. Which is possible. I’m not a pessimist by nature, but I am beginning to wonder…
