Could you show me a video where the police fails to chase an escaped criminal on car?

The question sets up an impossible boundary. If there is video of a chase, it means the car is being tracked by helicopter, so the car can’t outrun the police.

Often when you see videos, that police are not that close, and have backed off pursuit for safety purposes.

They record the chases with dash cams.
