Can one print a booklet from a PowerPoint file?

Asked by Lonelyheart807 (2927points) January 27th, 2020

I know you can print out a PowerPoint presentation, but I need to be able to print a booklet from the file (more specifically, an 8.5 by 11, folded in half).
I’m rather annoyed because a task at my job got dumped in my lap last minute. I was told that a template would be sent to me, but I figured the person would use Publisher or Word. (We have Office at work.)
Now, not only do I have to input text and photos (and who knows what sort of file they’ll be sent in?), along with my usual work, but now I have this problem to solve (if there’s even a solution).
Why would someone use PowerPoint for this type of thing? It makes no sense.

Try this:

layout = landscape
print = 2 to a sheet (side by side)
