How easily offended are you?

Same goes for me, I am not the kind of person who feels offenden. Perhaps more importantly, I am not a person that someone would like to offend either :)

I don’t tend to be offended by off color or inappropriate jokes unless they perpetuate stereotypes (race jokes, antisemitic jokes, etc) or are based on ignorance.

I never get offended. After all, this is the internet

depends on what kind of mood I’m in, normally I don’t get offended, but when in some moods it doesn’t take much to set me off, but even then I usually get over it quickly.

@ syz: You ever heard Lisa Lampanelli’s stand-up? What about Don Rickles? George Carlin? They’ve all told those jokes. The 1st two made careers off of it, the respective Queen (and King) of Mean. Especially Lisa Lampanelli. She doesn’t just perpetuate stereotypes she reinforces ‘em yet they all have the ability to make it funny and no so much offensive.

So basically I guess it’s all based on delivery. Race jokes can be just as funny as rape jokes if they’re told properly. Ex: George Carlin… “Rape can be funny. Picture Porky Pig raping Elmer Fudd. See?”

Its hard to offend me. I can be pretty offensive myself sometimes. You better not talk about my momma though!

I say lots of offensive things to see how people react, followed by a just kidding so they don’t cut me. The thing that offends me is when someone doesn’t believe me when I tell them something, or when they blame me for something I didn’t do. Even then I don’t express that I’m offended, I just wonder why the eff they’re thinking that way.

It doesn’t take a lot to offend me. And I am known for having an explosive temper if someone brings me to the pinacle point of anger. I’m affended by you asking this question to me how dare you?? No, I’m just kidding.

I don’t get offended easily. Stupidity can offend me, but not for long.

During the past eight years of the Bush administration I’ve been offended often.
In my day to day, not so much – but for big issues, too much.

I like the rape joke, the thought of Porky Pig raping Elmer Fudd is too funny. As for being offended, I usually do the offending, and to offend me, you have to be pretty bad.

I don’t get offended, I just get my feelings hurt waaaaay to easily. Some things I can be touchy on, but I am usually quick to get over things. (Small things. Big things however I am bad about holding grudges!)

Like Krose ^ I don’t usually get offended, unless someone questions my honesty or my motives, but I do get my feelings hurt easily.

I get easily offended and easily hurt feelings, but I never cry. never I can get seriously sad and depressed or angry but never cry. I just have been known for it.

I don’t get offended easily. As a New Zealander living in Australia I’ve had to put up with a lot of shit.
