I have a question about fluther?

Asked by jbfletcherfan (13212points) December 27th, 2008

Why is there an option to add YOURSELF to your fluther? What would be the point of that? Has anyone done this? Sounds kind of egotistical to me.

Only one way to find out….....I found out pretty shortly after I saw the option (yes, I suffer ‘red-button-must-be-pressed’ syndrome)
Did you know you can also ‘Thank Yourself’ when you post a response to your own question?

LOLLLLL, okay. I guess I asked for that one, didn’t I? Well, I DID say it sounded rather egotistical. Guess I’ve finally been initiated into fluther! :-)

Uh huh – we’re all opinionated narcissists here ;)

It’s one of the things that give Fluther it’s unique identity.

It reminds me of running for office in grade school—and how it just wasn’t “done” to vote for yourself.
