If you’re trying to lose weight, a celebrity is NOT your goal. Celebrties like actresses are paid to look good. That is their job. Their figures and appearances are NOT realistic, and trying to acheive something like that will do nothing but depress you.

REAL people, like yourself, need REAL goals. Go talk to a doctor or a health trainer and figure out what a realistic goal for you to have should be.
