Whats the name of the cigarettes that used to come in a blue tin?

Asked by agentcoco (4points) October 2nd, 2007

My mom said that when she lived in Italy in the late 60’s she and my dad smoked these cigarettes that came in a blue tin. Anybody have a clue what brand they were?

It could be Gauloises. They came in blue packaging and I think the lights came in red packaging.

Or this in banner? Gauloise Blondes…I remember these from my first trip to France in 1954. (All French men smoked these and had yellow fingers.) Sorry I couldn’t capture the image better.
