It’s unfair that MJ runs free through the states and a genuinely talented Roman Polanski cannot. No joke.

That said, how can I get tickets?

futurelaker88's avatar

lol are you serious?

futurelaker88's avatar

ok well tickets go on sale to the general public friday at 7am (UK time, so thats 3am in US eastern time…idk where u are) and u have 10 shows to option from…so go for whichever date suits you….but they are ALL in London! lol so u have to get plane tickets and pay in pounds and passport…a lot of trouble. but its worth it.

steve6's avatar

It sounds difficult.

futurelaker88's avatar

not that hard…one step at a time. get a ticket, then go from there

What are the dates?

futurelaker88's avatar

July 8th is the opening show. then every other day (8,10,12,14,16,18, BREAK…22nd, 24th, 26th, 28th)

That’s not too soon. My wife and I are traveling to Scotland this summer and I like to see influential, history-making acts (U2, Stones, The Who, Elvis [missed that one], etc.). I think it would be a good show, even more fabulous being in London.

it def will be amazing…its breaking records already!!! michaels website got 16,000 hits per second after he announced the tour! and the best of the best technicalities are going into it. the 02 people said that michaels production budget is…“wow.” lol so its gonna be an amazing show!!! i wouldnt miss it if you can go.

good luck and let us know.

@steve6: Talented or not, Roman Polanski drugged, coerced and had sex with a child. Try to answer the question before going off on tangents.

i got two tickets just before 5am…it was pretty ridiculous on ticketmasters part…the site crashed on everyone consistently for almost 3 hours, and i got good seats TWICE, and when i clicked continue, i got an error that kicked me back into a half hour queue. so i ended up with two tickets to the third show finally ALL THE WAY IN THE CENTER BACK. so as far as i can be…THEN, they announce 15 more shows after i got them, and everyone jumped on those overnight. so the whole thing was terrible. i got tickets, and i hope i can see

steve6's avatar

@asmonet I said it wasn’t fair because their history might be similar. Do you ever have anything positive to say?

asmonet's avatar

That’s a stupid question. ;)

futurelaker88's avatar

just got tickets…now i have extras to sell. lol i got 2 FLOOR seats!!! section B2!!! i have two extra if anyone is interested in section 413 for 12th of july!! 3rd show!!!

steve6's avatar

Congratulations! How much are they (face value)? What are you willing to sell them for?

futurelaker88's avatar

@steve6 – the ones i bought face value are $123 each (75 pounds) and theyre are two, however im looking to make some money off of them because to get them was HELL, i had to register for the presale lottery, and get a code (that not everyone gets) and then pull an all nighter and go through more hell on ticketmaster with crashing and errors and waiting for hours, because this is the 3rd of his original 10 shows!! so its literally his third performance! so id be willing to sell them both for $700, which is WAY cheaper than you can find them anywhere else right now. ebay tickets are going for thousands. and ALL 50 shows are SOLD OUT!! so if you are interested or kno anyone who might be, let me know and their yours!!!

steve6's avatar

That’s really not a bad price. Let me do some checking. Are the seats next to yours or a different date? I did the all-nighter for the 1985 World Series in St. Louis. I bought eight tickets (max. allowed) for $20 apiece and sold two for $50 apiece. There was no internet back then. You had to get in one line to get a ticket that let you get in another line for the real tickets. At least we had fun camping out in downtown St. Louis. I’m sure what you went through was much worse. We were able to stay well lubricated!

futurelaker88's avatar

lol, well if youre interested they are yours! they are a different date, they are the third show! the ones im going to are the 38th show! so you would be going in a few months!, then u can tell me how it was lol.

@futurelaker88 I feel very bad that you have tickets to Michael’s show and now he has died. I think if I were you, I would save them. A friend of mine’s mother had tickets to Elvis and he died a couple of weeks before the show. My friend still has those tickets to this day.

That is cool
