How do I send out photos in iphoto in an email?

go into your photos icon on your iphone… select the photo you want and then there is an icon on the bottom left, hit that and you will see send via email
edit sorry i thought i read iphone..
on iphoto just select the photo you want and drag it into the email you want to compose

Also, in the iPhoto window you can highlight the photo or photos you want to send then click the stamp in the lower right hand corner that says “Mail” It will then give you the option to choose what size of photo(s) to send and open a new mail message using Apple Mail.
