Hey guys, thanks for the suggestions!!! But do I put the whole strawberry in the blender or do I cut the green part off first? ?

Strawberry and banana smoothie: take the tops off half a dozne strawberries, slice up a banana, [optional: sprinkle on a little spirulina powder], pour on a few big dollops of plain yoghurt, drizzle on a little honey, add a bit of water (half a small glass) and then mix in mixer.

Uh, you cut off the leaves.

Put the lid on the blender, too. ;)

Also, wash the strawberries.
