What are some good songs (past and present) that help one heal after rough patch (break up, loss, etc.)?
One of my favorites is Crying In The Rain by Everly Brothers.

Personal favorite.
I will survive – Gloria Gaynor. Bit obvious, but might do the trick .

There was an album years ago called You Broke My Heart So I Busted Your Jaw by Spooky Tooth. I don’t think there is actual song by that name though. Might be worth a listen.
Redemption Song by Bob Marley is some serious deep stuff.

Try a song called “Walk” by Blind Melon… one the most underrated bands in history!
Then there’s always “Karma Police” by Radiohead. Also, “3 Libras” by A Perfect Circle.
