Did anyone apply for the commomorative Michael Jackson ticket refund/receive tickets yet?

i live in the US and had to make a ticketmaster.co.uk account to order the tickets and they don’t let you choose “America” as a country. so i just put my address and zip code and ordered. i got all the emails from AEG about ticket changes and everything and i submitted the request for the tickets but NO one and NOTHING anywhere says when and how I get them? now im thinking they might not send them because of this address issue. any help?? this means ALL people from U.S. had this problem. it only listed european countries or “other” so I clicked other.
