Women: can you give me brand names of good showerhead massagers?

I had a great one a long time ago, but the last two I’ve used don’t have a powerful pulse setting. Any suggestions?

In my experience some of the best shower heads of any type are made by a company called Speakman. (I am not a woman, but I play one in this thread.)
