What application do I need to use to open the iTunes ...

I have downloaded the new iTunes 8; but, when I want to open it, a message comes that “with what application I want open it?”. I have a windows Vista. Could you please help me. What application should I use to open itunes 8.2?

Actually, I got this iPhone, and when I connected it to my computer, message came up that I have to download the new version of the iTunes. I did it, but my computer doesn’t open it. It keep saying that I need an application to open it. There are a bunch of them listed, but I really do not any idea which one to choose. Any one with the same problem or an answer to it?
