I’m looking for a simple calculator widget for my PowerBook Pro. Any recommendations?

doesn’t a simple calculator widget come standard with all the OSX operating systems?

There should already be one on the dashboard. Mine looks like this. Also, in case you’re new to OS X, here is what the dashboard icon looks like on the screen and here is what it would look like on the keyboard. Usually if you push F4 the dashboard appears on the screen. If you don’t see the calculator there you may have to add it. Click the + sign in the bottom left corner then browse through the widgets in the bar on the bottom. Once you find it, click on it and it will be added to your dashboard. If you already knew all this… sorry.

There is also a calculator application that works quite well. If you want to have it handy at all times, you can drag it from your Applications folder onto your Dock, and it’ll only be a click away.

I personally like it better than using Dashboard, it doesn’t interrupt my other windows.
