How do I add a secondary x axis to a chart in excel 2008?

I see instructions about doing this in previous versions, but can’t see where this can be done in 2008…

Click on the chart, then go to chart type, Custom Types, Line -Column on Two axes.

Try starting over on the chart, and when you get to the screen to select chart type, there should be Custom Types. Does that work?
