General Question

My best friend did a trade on Swaptree.com and sent her book about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks ago but her book hasn't come yet. How long should she wait for the book before reporting that user?

We’re worried that the other person was just trying to get a free book without sending something. How long should we wait? Usually people only in the US use swaptree, but I’ve seen people from Alaska and Canada on there. For all we know it could be coming from Germany. So how long should we wait?

Alaska get moved from US?

@Sueanne_Tremendous I meant the continental states…I had a feeling somebody would say something like that after I asked that question.

Has she contacted the other person to see if there’s been some sort of delay? I would try that first, before reporting them.

@PandoraBoxx – I forgot about that. Can you do that? How?

You should be able to contact them from their user profile or the trade record…I haven’t used swaptree.com for awhile, but on most services like this, there is a communication path to address issues.
