As a non-accredited school, I’d say none. Take the GED for $70, and then try again.

Yeah, you probably won’t have any luck, sorry. You need an actual high school diploma.

Cornerstone Christian College, as soon as they get around to inventing the next layer of their scam….

Forgive me for going off-topic a bit. The question has been answered, so I think it’s okay.

I’ve taken a look at their site
The idea that parents send real, living children to this school scares the crap out of me and infuriates me at the same time. This is a school that intends “to teach a biblical view of man – his origin, nature, history, and destiny”, “to point out that values are rooted in an eternal God,” and “to guide students into a life of obedience to God and His will.”

ONLY IN AMERICA.

In my books, spoon-feeding intellectually defenceless children that kind of misinformation and bigotry is freaking child abuse. Children have a right to a proper education, and they have a right to at least get an opportunity to make up their own minds about religion. Parents have no right to infect their children so profoundly with their own fundamentalism. But that is exactly what this school is for. For sealing young minds shut in their own preferred settings while they’re still easy to convert.

Denying this vermin accreditation is the least the powers that be could do. I say it’s not nearly enough.

I’m sorry. I lost my patience. But I really can’t stand this sort of thing. And that’s an understatement.

@MrItty I second that. Corner Stone Christian. Caps. Since it’s a proper noun and all that.

You are absolutely right, @Fyrius, but in the meantime @sexyblack needs help understanding what’s really going on, and you are better equipped to help than most.

Religious indoctrination aside, I really feel sorry for the poor kids who waste so many years in that school and then having to find out that when they want to go to a university that their diploma is totally worthless. It makes me want to hit people.

Val123's avatar

@ragingloli AND whatever high school they actually did come out of didn’t let them know that you capitalize the first letters of a proper noun.

@ragingloli Don’t feel so bad, it’s a correspondance “course”. Basically, you buy a high school diploma.
