This may be of use to you. It indicates that some women experience pain in the lower abdomen. But, if you’re experiencing this pain, it could also be a few dozen other things. Do some online research and talk to a gynecologist.

you can have endometriosis without the cancer part. that causes lots of pain. don’t worry, and go check it out.

Abnormal bleeding is the symptom that usually triggers an investigation with endometrial cancer as one of the possibilities. It’s a fairly rare condition for women under the age of 40. Factors that increase risk are lack of ovulation unless the woman gets progesterone some other way like with a Mirena or depo shots diabetes, obesity, family history, taking tamoxifen to prevent breast cancer.
