No. Even its aerobic “improvement” claims are often disputed.

Nah, dude. Sorry. It’s very light; does not provide any substantial results.

The Wii is an absolute joke. Sorry, but it’s been bothering me for a while. Fat kids who get zero exercise might be helped slightly by the Wii, but it is not a valid workout tool and really makes everyday activities like walking, walking up stairs, walking at a slightly faster pace but not quite jogging, seem cool. If you want to bulk up, slim down, tone your body, etc. you’re going to have to do it the old fashioned way.

/end rant.

so if you would have to rate it from a scale to 1–10, you would choose 2?

Trying to get “buff” using a Wii Fit is pretty much counterproductive. Go to a gym and lift some weights.

I’d say that’s pretty much impossible. It only has the potential to burn calories but nothing more.

I dont think that game does much, i overheard 2 girls talking in the Super Market yesterday about Wii Fit and how it told one girl she was 40lbs overweight, she looked pretty fit to me.
