Does anyone know where to purchase Girl Scout Cookies online?

Asked by Flo_Nightengale (1491points) January 17th, 2010

I am not always in touch with people that have children that are in the Girl Scouts. Thus when cookie time comes I sometimes miss out. Unlike years ago, parents do not allow their children to go from door to door. Any suggestions?

I don’t think you can, actually… But if you look up a local scout troop, I bet they have a web site that might list where they’re selling.

My friends in other states have little girl scouts..they aren’t allowed to sell to me though :( I have no trouble with finding the girls outside grocery stores in my area.

I remember being one, and going door to door all the time, selling them.

You can’t, as far as I know. I’ve tried. You may be able to find some on eBay, if they’re even allowed to sell food stuffs. The best way to do it is the old fashioned way—contacting your local Girl Scout chapter and asking when cookie season starts. They may even let you pre-order some.

My daughter’s selling them. PM me and I’ll hook you up.

Sheesh, I sound like a crack dealer.

@cprevite I want some too!

Didn’t you know? Girl Scout cookies are crack.

My daughter is selling them too. :) And for the record, she does go door to door in our neighborhood. I walk with her, which are the troop’s rules. When I was a kid I went door to door alone and even survived to tell the tale.

Mmmmmm caramel delites… those are my favorites, anyway :)

If you go to girlscoutcookies.org you can fill out your info and your local girl scout branch will contact you so you can place an order.

eBay. There are several people selling. Because they’re reselling, this apparently isn’t against GS rules… Apparently.
