Can I get some help finding a video?

I watched a video the other day and it had a guy move to new york and he was upset then he started writing notes to a girl in the next building over at his job. Then over time they fall in love, she gets promoted and then they finally meet at the end.

I can’t seem to find it again I forgot it’s name and I was hoping someone on here had seen it and would direct me to it :)

No, it’s not a movie, just a short film. They write notes in big print and flash then across through the windows of their office buildings
