SW Steakhouse vs Daniel Boulud?

We are wanting to make a reservation for either SW or DB. We have never been to either. For peeps that have been to both, which would you go back to?

Yelp is not a relable source. In certain markets they (yelp employees) can manipulate the responses if the businesses, themselves refuse to pay them for “gold” service.

I’ve never eaten at either in Las Vegas, and I don’t know the sw steakhouse (is it a chain?) but I have eaten at Daniel Bolud’s restaurants here in NYC and I have nothing but respect for the product and service I have gotten. A truely great restauranteur.
