How can i hook up my xbox 360 to the internet without an adapter?

I have a xbox 360 in my basement but my router is upstairs. i have at&t and i need to connect it without the adapter how can i do this?

A really long ethernet cord.

You can connect it to a laptop that has wifi via an ethernet cable and make a bridge between them. Then you would only need a cable long enough to connect the laptop and the xbox. There is a bunch of videos on youtube on how to do it.

Don’t Xboxes have wireless cards?

@XOIIO that’s what the adapter is. They don’t come with WiFi built in like the PS3.
