I wonder if it’s okay by her parents that you are going out. Other than that, I don’t see an issue – just be prepared that a 13 year old is a completely different kettle of fish from a 19 year old and you simply can not compare the two people or their sexual (if at all ) prowess/need for sex.

I don’t see the problem if the parents are okay with their 13 year old dating. The problems start when one of the people is 18 and the younger person is 17 or younger. Then it can only be law problems if the parents involved mind. That being said, there is something seriously wrong with the 18 year old who would date a 13 year old.

Sure, why not? That’s probably why you broke up with the other girl anyway, right? To go out with this new one?

13 and 15 is definitely more okay than 15 and 19.

15 &19? No!
13 & 15? No!
Wait a year or two, and date someone your own age.

I’m 17 about to be 18 and the boyfriend just turned 16. When you get a little older age will seem less and less an issue anyways so just go for it! But I hope you are one patient boy cuz 13 year old girls are too young for the horizontal mamboooo, just sayin.

Girls mature faster then boys , when your 16 17 its a big deal, when your 30 40 not so much

You tagged sex… were you having sex with the 19 year old?

The age of consent in Pennsylvania is 16 years of age for statutory sexual assault and 18 years for corruption of minors.

Like many other states, Pennsylvania’s age of consent laws make allowances for adolescents who are under the age of consent, but close to the same age. Anyone between the ages of 13 and 16 can consent to have sex with anyone else who is no more than 4 years older.

Pennsylvania’s age of consent laws carry fairly stiff penalties. Some of the more severe violations carry prison terms of up to 20 years.

@emoney1994 then it doesn’t matter. You’re not doing anything illegal.
