How do I make a Search Folder in Outlook with all my unanswered emails?

I want to see what I haven’t answered, as I seem to be missing emails that I’ve looked at on my phone, but haven’t replied to…

Not to be a pain, but it should be noted what version of Outlook you’re using. There’s quite a bit of differences between the older ones and the newer ones.
