Although i can understand you are impatient and want to know what the lump is, i guess it would be near impossible for any one here to give you the result.
So, i guess the only thing you can do is to wait some days more and in the mean time try not to get too worried.

It could be anything. There is no way for us to diagnose you, but it’s good that you have taken the steps to see what it is. If you went last week, the results should be in very soon. I have no patience myself, so I would’ve called to check the results by now. For your own peace of mind, call them first thing in the morning and ask for the results. Sometimes they forget to call, especially if there is nothing wrong. Good luck.

If it worries you, get to a doctor, it is not right for us to bombard you with wild guesses. It sounds like some kind of fatty deposit, but keep a close check on it and act soon if it seems too awkward.
