What is the background song in this episode of south park?

It’s got to be something from the movie Silence of the Lambs. Of course my guessing of this is because there was a Hannibal Lecter spoof in this episode. And if you listen to this… I’m pretty sure that’s the song. I’m not positive, though.

You might just have to download the soundtrack. It’s a very good soundtrack. I went through just about all of the songs to figure out which one it was. It’s just played so softly on the episode.
