I’m a huge fan of Gearhost.com – great customer support and reasonable pricing.

I use DreamHost and have been very happy with them. Their rates are really good and they have some really good tools for installing a lot of the standard stuff most people are looking for hosting for (wordpress, svn, gallery, zencart, joomla, phpbb, etc).

Dreamhost is pretty awesome and their support is 2nd to none but one of my sites there (a WordPress blog) is really slow and they won’t fix it.
