Are you familiar with places to live in St. Louis, MO?

I am interested in knowing about planned communities or subdivisions with lots of amenities like a pool and gym at minimum. Social club and restaurant would be nice also, but not necessary. Houses priced around $350k-$450k, but it is ok if there are homes and condos priced lower and higher in the community, but it would be best if the lowest price was not less than $200k.

Looking to be withtin 20 miles of the airport.
