What, if any, benefits might be gained from this daily smoothie recipe?

For a week I’ve been drinking 16oz of this concoction. How would you evaluate it for health benefits?
½ cup water
2 cups 1% milk
¼ cup lowfat vanilla yogurt (Yeah, I know)
3 teaspoons green veggie powder stuff w/fruits and whole foods
1 handful fresh spinach
¼ cup fresh strawberries
¼ cup fresh blueberries
one ounce liquid vitamins, minerals and whole foods (refrigerated)
Any health benefits? I feel the same I think.

No particular health benefits, but it certainly looks good, except for the spinach.

Blueberry boost brain power, spinach -iron, yogurt-digestive tract. The spinach probably throws the taste off, seems out of place. I use cranberries in mine as they prevent hardening of the arteries.

what?? It’s a lot of servings of fruit and veggies, a great health benefit. Also, a lot of dairy with the milk and yogurt. Obviously the vitamins, too.

believe it or not: you cannot taste AT ALL the spinach in it . I learned this fact from a blender commercial . I know it seems impossible.

@dxs No particular health benefits to the smoothie in particular with all that stuff mixed together. It’s not bad by any means, unless you don’t need the concentrated calories.

@Rarebear would there be any health benefits if everything in my list were eaten without blending them? As in, eating a cup of strawberries and blueberries, having some yogurt for dessert, an ounce of liquid vitaminds and minerals at breakfast, a raw spinach salad with dinner or lunch, etc? anxiously awaiting your response. If you say, “no health benefits”, then I assume you think diet is irrelevant to our health.

@Aster You misunderstand me. All that stuff is good for you. You asked if the smoothie recipe in of itself would have health benefits and my point is compared to just eating that stuff individually, no, it’s the same. If drinking the smoothie keeps you from, say, eating a jelly donut, then yes, it has benefits.

ok; drinking it just makes it more convenient and possibly better assimilated in semi-liquid form.
