It is very powerful. The defense in the Casey Anthony trial followed social media and adjusted their defense strategy accordingly.

@jaytkay They were pivotal in first two uprisings, but the ones that followed; Libya, Yemen, Syria, Bahrain… They haven’t been able to tap the collectivity of revolutions. Is that deliberate, you think?

It is one of the best tools to communicate and promote businesses today.
