If I did I would be in all sorts of trouble. Downstairs in this building there is a shop with Belgian chocolates (and the best coffee around – Starbucks, feh!). Within 100 feet of the front door is a pastry shop that is run by a talented French pastry chef – total eye candy, everything’s exquisitely beautiful. (They also have the second best coffee around – none of the 6 Starbucks within ½ mile of here comes close, feh!) To the extent I go for pastries they hit every spot. I wish I had an appetite for everything they have because it would be so satisfying.

Egad, yes. I was taking some Amoxicillin antibiotic for 10 days following some dental work and three different times I had sudden torrential nosebleeds occur. Barely made it to the sink each time. Ten minutes of cold water on the nose, cheeks and forehead helped it all calm down.
I was so glad that’s over. No nosebleeds since.

True. I am a basically an “easy-going” type of guy. Easy going, not easy.

@Coloma I love Myles! He reminds me of a stray black and white kitty who walked into my yard one day a few years ago——all emaciated and pitiful. I named her Soti. She was so friendly and cute, why anyone didn’t want her was beyond me. My daughter (who was only 4 at the time) and I “built” a cardboard box house for her and put warm blankets inside, a food and water dish, etc. We took her to the vet and eventually got her back to good health again. Then we found someone to adopt her. I did this with quite a few stray dogs and cats when I was younger. I once adopted a homeless Labrador Retriever that took shelter under my car——it was winter, and it sought relief from the cold under my car (I would warm up my car at work every day before I came home). We named him Merko. He was one of the sweetest dogs ever.
