What was the first CD you've ever owned?

The first CD for me was Stereotomy by the Alan Parsons Project.

My father bought me The Beatles’ Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, because that was the first record he ever owned. I plan to buy it for my children as their first album, in whatever form music comes in then.

First proper CD I guess would be…I don’t know. I know the first of my current collection is probably a Baords of Canada one (Campfire Headphase) or a YFriday one (Rainmaker)

It was either Genesis – Selling England by the Pound, or Bongwater – The Power of P****.

Those were the days…replacing all my albums with tiny bits of plastic. I wish I kept the vinyl, but I was too young to know better.

The first CD I ever owned was the Led Zeppelin 4-disc box set. The first album I ever owned was Fly Like An Eagle which I bought in 1977.
