How do i fix my computer to help with disabilities?

I have Window XP on my desktop and window vista on my Laptop. I would like it to help me with my disabilities.I know there is a way to do it but I don’t remember how.Any help?

What kind of disabilities? No offense, but loss of hearing should not affect your ability to use a computer at all.

Xp should already have those features, check the accessories folder.

On Vista go to the Control Panel and then Ease of Access. There is an option where Windows asks you questions regarding your abilities and in particular what you have difficulty with and will then automatically configure Windows to improve access.

No idea how effective you’ll find it.

On windows XP u can go to Accessibility Wizard but my computer does not have it . I must have been deleted accidentally. Anyone know how to help me out here
