What odd dental hygiene act do you do?

Asked by RedDeerGuy1 (24463points) March 22nd, 2022

I can’t reach my back teeth so I chew on my toothbrush to get the back molars to get food out. It is not perfect but sometimes it works.

What do you do?

After I eat I spend at least 8 minutes cleaning my teeth.
Floss for 2 minutes.
Oral-B brush for 2 minutes.
Sonic Fusion water pick for 2 minutes.
Sonicare brush with mouth wash for 2 minutes.

I’ve been doing this for 2 years combat gum disease. Lost some weight because I never eat snacks between meals.

Sometimes when I eat something particularly sticky (like taffy), I’ll hold water in my mouth for a bit. Like I’m soaking mg teeth. :P

Weird dental hygiene twinsies!

Every time I eat, if I can’t brush my teeth, (for example if I’m out of the house), I’ll go to the bathroom or other sink and rinse my mouth with warm water and spit it out.

I sometimes brush my teeth in the shower, if I’m in a hurry.

I have a dental plastic pick with a section of floss, I use it while watching TV. Sometime use it for a total twenty minutes a day
