General Question
Have you ever been a plaintiff in a jury trial?
It was an automobile accident case, took three years of my life and the payoff wasn’t worth all the lost time, aggravation, medical and attorney appointments. Not to mention all the mountains of miscellaneous paperwork and changes you could never foresee. I did win if you could call it that.
