Sandia Park Tramway in Albuquerque.

Petrified Forest National Park
PO Box 2217, Petrified Forest, AZ 86028. Phone: (928) 524–6228. Petrified wood can be found in spots around the globe, but nowhere is it in such colorful abundance as in Petrified Forest National Park, just off I-40 in northeast Arizona. Drive through the park, or get a closer look via one of the hiking trails.

If you have time, Flagstaff is a nice town. You will be quite close to the Grand Canyon too.

Dallas has a pretty neat Zoo, and there is also the JFK museum, but i think its kinda a rip off, but still sorta intresting.
and ya in Golden Colorado there is the Coors making place where they make the beer, and there is also this good reasturant called Capital Grill or something, just ask people for the reasturant that burned down and gives you the apples, from my experince most people will now what your talking about.

Why not just keep going all the way to the Atlantic Ocean? I-40 is about 30 or 40 yards from my office, 25 miles north of Wilmington NC where the whole ribbon of concrete ends.

You’ll be less than 15 minutes from the beach. We have a battleship that you can tour. You could eat REAL eastern North Carolina barbecue, you could tour OUR movie studio or a Civil War battlefield or just wander through the historic district which has remained unchanged pretty much for over 100 years.

Why not drive all the way?????
