Do any of you have a daily workout or exercise routine?

I’ve recently taken up getting up everyday and exercising and although I knew there would be benefits, apparently I didn’t realize it enough! I’m looking great already! I have abs! I have abs!
At some point everyday, I do my own mix of some leg pilates and I’ve been doing about 250 various crunches that works parts of my body I didn’t know I had.
How many Flutherites out there get their exercising on? What does your routine include?

What the hell, Fluther
In the morning and before bed, I do a serious of stretches and exercises:
toe raises- toes straight ahead and toes outwards
pliets
standing leg raises- straight out, back and forward at and angle to stretch the hips more
push ups (when I’m not so lazy)
I run three days a week and I take karate 2–3 days a week. What crunches are you doing that has revealed your abs?
@aprilsimnel: abs don’t appear until the body fat covering them has been reduced. No spot exercises will do this.
I have no idea what these weird ones are called and looked high and low for names or videos or something but this is what I found. Sorry about the god awful name drop. It’s gotten rid of most of my love handles so far also. I’m sooo pleased with it.
I work out 4 days a week. I do abs each time, and I do lower body machines twice a week, upper body machines twice a week. I do cardio for 30 minutes 4 times a week.
