What the hell is going on with The Second Season Of Haruhi Suzumiya!

Well I am currently watching the sequal of my beloved Haruhi Suzumiya, and it’s repeating itself!! Each new episode is exactly the same as the last!! I haven’t read the manga so if anyone knows anything about it and whether it is actually going to move forward then please tell me! Because this is absolutely crusifying Haruhi Suzumiya, it’s completely ridiculous, and I am sure that every other Haruhi fan is pissed off as well! Can someone please tell me if it’s just going to go down hill from here?!
Btw I am up to episode 5, no more have been released as far as I know, or at least not on the website I use.

Yeah I think. The first one is The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya and the sequal is actually called the Dissapearance of Haruhi Suzumiya the one I am talking about, aka Suzumiya Haruhi the 2nd. I am in Australia so I don’t know if it’s on the tv where you live.
