Sharon McDonough goes to court tomorrow. What should her sentence be?

They’re up to what? 45 dead animals in her backyard? Her kids say she tortured the animals in front of them? I think 1 year for each animal ought to be enough.

After she serves her initial sentence, I think she should be forced to act as test dummy at a K-9 training facility. Meanwhile, her kids should be taken away from her and placed with caring human families. No one who does this to animals deserves the freedom to reproduce.

I completely agree with both of you. I think a reasonable sentence for her would be one year in prison for each animal killed, 2 years for each child abused, no chance of parole, no opportunity to reproduce ever again, and a complete ban on contact with children or animals in the future.
