How can I post pictures on fluther?

Other than your avatar, you can’t. You can post links to pictures, but not actual pictures within the threads.

You mean just put them in a gallery that doesn’t exist or upload an avatar?

Like, free hosting sites that are really simple to use.

Put them someplace like Photobucket and post a link. Much better than lengthening threads with things that only some people want to see.

You don’t, you link to them. I suggest http://imgur.com/ It is super easy.
