Can you help me create a apple script?

I’d like to create a apple script that will do the following:

Working in Entourage you can create a note. When I create a note, I’d like to be able to select this apple script to create a e-mail from the note with the title as subject and the notes body as the e-mail body with the word “notes” appended to the end of the body copy. The “to” field should populate with e-mail address specified in the script and then it should send the e-mail.

I’m doing this so I can easily send my notes to my gmail acct and apply a “notes” label. this way I’ll have web-access to my notes.
