College Cost Reduction Act-What will it do for current teachers?

Anyone know about it? I’ve Googled some things but I trust my jellies more than the interwebs!
How do you find out if you qualify? What’s the process like? Do any of you qualify?

I can’t see that it has any impact on teachers. The College Cost Reduction Act that passed in 2007 changes the amount of Pell Grants and includes student loan forgiveness for people who work in certain professions.
