Yeah you know the types, Holmes had his Watson-Batman had his Robin-Bond had his Walther PPK.You get the picture.

Tony Curtis in Sweet Smell of Success(1957) is one of the best supporting acting jobs of all-time. He deserves to be on the list for that alone.

I know this is a odd answer but Rocky Balboa’s coach Mickey. His name was Burgess Meredith. I like him. He played it well. Rocky movie have been on TV recently that is why I thought of that.
