Which state is best to incorporate?

What is it you are incorporating? Delaware always seems to be one of the best.

@thriftymaid But Delaware doesn’t have legal brothels, so if you incorporate in Delaware it really has to be about the money and maybe the Chancery court, but not about those other trappings of big business and corporate power :)
